So, uhhh..... HI!

It's being a while since I posted on this blog. Quite a while. So that's why I'm posting something on it now.
I don't know what I'll be talking about. I'm just going to type and type until there are enough words for a decent blog post...

Yep...

Just going to keep typing.....

....about stuff....

Ummmm....

Uhhhhhhh.........

So.... is anyone excited for The Maze Runner movie?! It'll be epic. I'm not entirely sure I want sequels though, The Scorch Trials and The Death Cure aren't as good as the first. Plus, the only reason I really liked the series is because there was so much mystery behind it. He wakes up in a massive maze with no memory, WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING? That's what you think. But as a movie, the mystery won't be as great, firstly, because I've already read it, secondly, (for other people) because of spoilers and whatnot, and thirdly, because it is only a 1-2 hour long movie which isn't enough time to have the viewer completely in ravelled in it.
So yeah...
The grievers will be awesome. I can' wait to see those mechanical slugs killing kids. It'll be GLORIOUS.

Yeah, so the movie will be pretty sweet. Comes out sometime in September..

So I'm also excited for the third Hobbit movie, after the abrupt ending to the second one, I can't wait to see Smaug wrecking havoc on Lake Town and the Battle of Five Armies. I'm not overly excited for The Hunger Games epilogue. Not interested in Divergent. A few Marvel movies are coming out, so I'll be watching them. And I'm pumped for the Superman VS Batman movie which doesn't even have a title yet.

Well, those are the movies I want to see (you know, in case you where wondering)

ALLONS-Y!

It was so Boring that I Forgot

I seriously just realised that I forgot about International Boring Day!
It's on the 23rd of January every year (well, at least since last year) and I have completely forgotten about that one particular day where it is compulsory to be bored.
Ironically, it is such a boring day that no one gives a rat's ass whether it's International Boring Day or not.

Oh well. I suppose I did celebrate in the festive style on the day.

Boring Post-International Boring Day to all! And to all, a boring night!

What's Been Happening?

It's a question that runs through your head of every hour of every day. What's Duck been up to? I'm sure you've being busting to find out so aren't you lucky that you stumbled across this blog post.
So, what have I been up to? Well, why don't I make a list of all the interesting and uninteresting things I've done in the past month or two.

  • I got into Sherlock. Yes, that British detective show that has three episodes each season and the seasons are two years apart. Quite annoying, but the stuff is just so great it's just orgasmic. Everything is just spot on. The great camera work, excellent writing (most episodes are by Steven Moffat, who is head writer for Doctor Who), awkward humour and superb acting are just what makes Sherlock so rememberable. But really (spoiler alert), two fake suicides on the same roof? The Woman's fake death? I know Moffat's known for killing off characters, but really? You should just let some people die (except Moriarty. He is just so great he should be the  main character or something. And it was obvious he was going to come back; he might be crazy, but not that crazy).
  • I had Christmas. Yep, surprising, I know. I can never fully get into the season because I live in Australia. It's bloody hot, dose not snow, and hardy anyone in my small town puts lights up. But I get to see family that I only see once or twice a year, so that's good. In case you would like to know, which I'm sure you do, I got a Kindle, comb, money, GoPro ripoff, iPod dock, Nanoblock (like Lego except miniature. It was a build-able bass guitar and Big Ben), and many other assortments for my next point which is that...
  • I am at boarding school. Yes, yes, very exciting. I'm writing this in my mini room which is apparently bigger than everyone else's in the dorm. The school is three hours away from where I live and it's a massive castle! (No sign of secret doors, snakes in the bathroom, or potion classes). Everyone seems nice enough to tell me where classes are and it has being a pretty good experience. I'm in year 11 so I've got masses of homework so far... Hmm, should be doing that...

And I believe that is all.

Todleoo!
